We had banana COOKIES for breakfast yummy pretty quick and easy my kind of breakfast.
the pic is not very good but i did not think to take pics tell breakfast was done, then i went to take one of the left overs and they were all gone! this little princess had got the last one :)
3/4 c butter (i used palm shortning)
1/2 c sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 c mashed banana
2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
nuts if ya want
cream butter an sugar add eggs banana stir in baking soda and flour drop Tbs on greased baking sheet bake 10-12 min at 350
